E 22nd St Duplex

The young couple moving into this space had a baby due any day, an adorable 3 yo, and so much excitement to stretch out into this new, larger space. They have since moved to Philly and an even larger space. I’m thrilled for them, but sad that all this beauty and coziness has come to pass.
