Prospect Heights Apt.

Before my clients married, this apartment was the husbands college “dorm” with his friends. It also happened to be in a perfect location, rent controlled and big enough for the soon to be growing family. It needed a lot of love and attention, a wall opened up and a sense of cohesion and purposeful space. It also needed a not too obvious office in the dining room. The transformation was so complete, it still makes me happy to see.
